It’s not even 8PM, and I’m ready for a nap! I tried setting the alarm this morning for 7AM, trying to get back to a normal schedule. I was way too tired and I want to make sure we get better as fast as possible. I did however, accomplish a lot once we woke up:
- Showered, washed hair got clean clothes on
- Took vitamins and probiotics
- Started taking allergy nasal spray – hopefully, this will help with the sinus congestion that is still lingering
- Cleaned out more emails
- Balanced checkbook and paid bills (very glad I got this done today!)
- Did more Word Press training and even (finally!) learned how to setup my Contact Me page. I even tested it! BTW, I’ve had this on my to do list for months!
- Wiped down our bathroom and bedroom with Clorox wipes
- Walked Phoebe through how to setup a pork roast in the crock pot for pulled pork. She set us up with the pulled pork, baked potatoes and corn for dinner tonight.
- Reached out to a few folks to say Happy New Year, including a FaceTime with our boys.
Tomorrow is the beginning of the new year, and I plan on spending part of that setting goals and planning. I’m going to do it 90 days at a time to take some measurements along the way. I’m currently re-reading “The Power of Habit” by Charles Duhigg. I do believe anything I want to achieve this year I can, if I work on making good habits.
